I was somehow wise enough at the ripe young age of 20, to start my journey of reflection; to move inwards and find who Alice truly is. It wasn't always easy, but personally reflecting, observing, feeling, understanding, accepting, and resolving (with brutal honesty) what is inside us, is one of the most beneficial, healing acts and gifts we have to give to ourselves and others.

I have been fortunate enough to be immersed in the holistic healing world my entire life, learning many modalities along the way. With everything I have learned, with all of my growth as a practitioner, nothing compares to the impact that mindfulness has had on my life.
My mindfulness journey has proven (over and over again) to be the foundation of my health and happiness. Which continues to empower me to navigate through this wild thing we call life, with understanding, peace, and presence.

Whispers of the Forest is a guided meditation and reflection bundle
designed to carry you through an inner journey, like walking softly beneath the canopy of the forest trees.

Each meditation weaves the calm, steady presence of the forest with the wisdom of the body’s energy centers, creating space for grounding, renewal, and connection.
